The Best of Both Worlds...Toffee and Chocolate

Skor bars are adelicious treat created and sold by The Hershey Company. They’ve been on the market since 1981 and are made of a thin slab of crunchy butter toffee covered in milk chocolate. They are similar to a Heath Bar but some how, some way, they taste different and better than a Heath Bar. Maybe it's the toffee. I actually looked into the difference between a Heath Bar and a Skor Bar, and it was a matter of English toffee vs Butter toffee. I really can't tell that of a difference but i know I prefer Skor. If for some reason. If for some reason I can't find a Skor Bar, then a Cadbury Milk Chooclate bar will work just as well.

The Sweetest Shop on St. Croix

One of the most insteresting places I have found great chocolate was in this small store nestled in the Caravelle Arcade  alleyway in Christiansted, St. Croix. The shop occupied a space that dated from the 1800s, and in addition to being a sweets shop, it was also the local tobacconist, so there was the intoxicating scents of chocolate and pipe tobacco. The sweets selection included different homemade fudges and an international selection of chocolate bars, and chocolate candies.
